- Pruning fruit trees with a small hand-operated scissor or electric scissor
- Sometimes must be use a small ladder to reach the top of the tree
- Work is done standing, outside in the field under different weather conditions


- Candidates have to be positive and motivated to deliver good work
- Work experience with pruning fruit trees is preferred
Work experience in agricultural sector is required
- Preferred good physical condition because of the job activities
- English is required


- The employer offers work in two periods:
- 1 month from mid November to 21 December 2019
- 3 months from January to April 2020
- Work is approximately around 40 hours spread over 6 days a week, from Monday to Saturday
- Sunday is free of work
- Employer provides housing, the cost is for Employee € 70- for a week inclusive (electricity, water, internet)
- The housing is in the living unit fully furnished at the company's premises. The living unit has 1 bedroom for 3 or 4 people and a communal kitchen, living room and bathroom.
Living areas are heated, a washing machine and TV are also available.
- Work and housing is in the same area and you don't have to travel to work
- Health insurance is arranged by the Employer, the costs is for Employee € 21,14 for a week
- The salary is according to the Dutch (CAO), payment per hour gross € 9,94 ( 21 years old and older)

Company description

The Fruit Company has 3ha cherries, 18ha apples and pears and is located in the Province Utrecht in the Netherlands. The Employer has around 30 employees working at the farm during the season.
