- work is at least 45 hours spread over 6 days a week, from Monday till Saturday
- the period of the employment is minimal 6 weeks, with a maximum of 3 months
- Sunday is free, depending on the weather conditions Employee have to work
- Employer provides the accommodation, costs is € 7,50 per day (including gas, electricity, water and Free WIFI)
The accommodations are located on the farm site. Housing is fully furnished and have be shared with 6 persons, there are rooms for maximum 4 persons.
Bathroom, toilet and the kitchen have to be shared with other Employees.
- transport to working site or shops is provided by the Employer for free
- health insurance is arranged by the Employer, no costs
- the salary is per hour gross € 9,19 (according to German law)

Blueberry Giant cultivates Blueberries. The company started in 2006 and is located in Weeze (near the Dutch border). In 10 years the company grew from a small company to a company of 75 hectare (150 soccer fields).
The company mainly delivers to big organizations in Europe. Therefore they are Global Gap, QS, Green Nurture and Field to Fork certified.
