- Cutting the cauliflower on the field

- The work is done by hand using the machine with assembly line, 6 to 11 people work with this machine

- Candidates have to be motivated to deliver good work
- Because of the job activities good physical condition is required
- Work experience in harvesting cauliflower is not required
- Work experience in the agricultural sector is preferred
- Readiness for hard work is required
- Knowledge of English is required

- Work start from the beginning of May to October 2019
- Work is approximately around 38-45 hours spread over 6 days a week
- Depends on the weather working also on Sunday - occasionally
- Employer provides housing, the cost is for Employee € 54,25- per a week inclusive (electricity, gas, water, wifi).
The housing it was built in 2013 and is located on the premises of the company it is fully furnished. Bedrooms are for 4 or 8 people. Bathroom, toilet and the kitchen must be shared with other Employees.
- Health insurance is arranged and costs is for Employee € 21,14 per week
- The salary is according to the Dutch (CAO) payment per hour gross € 9,82 and additional holiday benefits
- Travel from the apartment to work is provided by the Employer free of charge

This family farm located in the province Noord-Holland in the Netherlands is specialized in growing of cauliflower on the field in total 145 hectares, and also has greenhouses for growing flowers. The employer employs approximately 24 employees during the season.
