- Harvesting cauliflower and broccoli in the field
- Work is done standing or bended in a team of 8-10 people
- Work is done outside, so you have plenty of time to enjoy the fresh air and weather
- The crop is immediately packed for transport to the customer


- Candidate have to be motivated and willing to learn the job
- Experience in harvesting cauliflower or broccoli is preferred, but not required
- Willingness to work in the field in various weather conditions is required
- It’s preferred that candidates speak English, but it’s not required
- Having a driving license category B is preferred, but not required


- The job starts at Oktober 7th until December 1st 2019
- Work is approximately around 40-50 hours spread over 6 days a week, depending on the weather conditions
- Employee works from 07.00 am to 17.00 pm, work ends earlier at Saturday
- No work on Sunday
- During breaks employees can rest in a mobile lunchroom
- Employer provides work clothes, like boots and rain gear
- Employer offers housing, the cost is for the employee € 135,- per month inclusive (electricity, gas, water, Wifi)
- The apartment offered by the employer is 1 km away from work. It is a modern, furnished 2-person apartment with dining kitchen and bathroom. The apartment complex has been build in 2018.
- The employer provides health insurance, cost is for the employee € 3,02 per day
- The salary is according to the Dutch (CAO), payment per hour gross € 9,94
- Salary is paid monthly

Company description

The company is a family business in the Netherlands, run by father and son. Beside 2 other family members, 6-8 foreign employees are working at the company. Some of them are working there for several years.
The company grows cauliflower, broccoli, red and white cabbage on 65 hectares. Cauliflower is the largest part with 50 hectares, broccoli 12 hectares and cabbage 3 hectares.
