Tasks

- Planting, sorting and packaging of beans and brussel sprouts
- Sorting and packaging of brussels sprouts last from the end of August to February
- Sorting and packaging of beans start in July and last until the end of September
- The work is carried inside the building

Qualifications

- Candidates have to be positive and motivated to deliver good work
- Ability to work in a team is required
- Work experience in the agricultural sector is not required
- Because of the job activities a good physical condition
- English is required

Information

- Work period and the employment contract is from 01-07-2020 till 15-03-2021
- It is possible to work for a shorter period of at least 4 weeks
- Work is approximately around 42 hours spread over 6 days a week
- Sunday is free of work
- The employer provides paid housing, the cost is € 39,20,- per week, including (gas, electric, water, wifi)
- The accommodation is on the company site. It is a house fully furnished and it has 8 bedrooms, living room, 2 toilet/bathroom and the kitchen. Housing must be shared with
other Employees. You should bring your own bedding.
- Health insurance is arranged by the Employer, the cost is € 25,76- per week
- The salary is according to the Dutch (CAO), payment per hour gross € 10,77 (age 21 or more)

Company description

The farm is located in the province of Flevoland in the Netherland and is specialized in growing and processing vegetables. Processed products are delivered directly to large supermarket chains. The company employs 14 employees all year round, there is a good atmosphere at work.
