As a team leader in the production and packaging of fresh flowers, you are responsible for a group of 10-15 people and the work they perform. The job takes place in a warehouse and involves sorting and packaging flowers and bouquets. A basic knowledge of English or Dutch is required.

Qualifications:

Good motivation and willingness to deliver good work is required
Work experience with this work is preferred
Work experience in agricultural sector is preferred
Being able to work independently is an advantage
Being able to work well in a team
Willing to work in varying weather conditions
Good work ethic
Candidate must be willing to work flexible hours
Honesty
Nice personality
Positive attitude and flexibility
Would like to learn and grow further within the company
If harvesting above the norm, employees receive additional bonus
